Our History

RUC Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. started its journey way back in 1979. It was founded by Late Raju Choudhary (1950-1990) and was then known as “Raju Tools & Hardware Agency”. It was founded with a vision to fulfil the basic Hardware & Tools needs in localities of Haldia, West Bengal. With due course of time and advancement, the venture was handed over to the family’s next generation and soon the name was changed to “Universal Tools”.

With rapid growth and advancement of the company, the company was incorporated as privately held firm in 2010 and started knowing as RUC Industrial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

RUCISPL added Prestigious Dealership of PANASONIC Welding Division.

Opened Durgapur Branch

RUCISPL starts another branch at DURGAPUR Steel City
